Kelty Packs & Camping Accessories

 

Early in my career, I worked in the USA for Kelty as an Associate Product Manager. As there was no in-house design team there at the time, my role also crossed over into design development working with some of the best tent, camping accessories, and pack designers in North America. It was a great experience and I was able to work across diverse categories - including on projects like the award-winning Locus pack (2008 Best of Adventure award - Nat Geo Adventure Magazine) and innovative Kelty Basecamp range of camp and picnic storage and accessories. Kelty had long-term relationships with its suppliers resulting in great quality and their lifetime warranty policy and in-house repair shop created a very educational feedback loop that I still draw from today.
